– Our vision is an office that is committed to fully adhere and comply with the laws and regulations governing the local government unit in ensuring accountability, transparency and accuracy in reporting the financial status and results of operations of the Municipality of Rodriguez.

To provide worthy services thru the execution of our individual tasks
To increase awareness and competence amongst accounting personnel

SERVICES OFFERED

Processing of payment to supplier of goods and services.
Recording of transactions in the journal vouchers.
Posting of Journal balances to the general ledger and Posting of subsidiary accounts to subsidiary ledger.
Summarize the postings and prepare financial statements.
Certify as to the completeness of the documents supporting the payments.
Keeping the 3^rd copies of the disbursement vouchers and source documents submitted by the treasurer’s office.
Issue certification in connection with employees’ loan applications and Philhealth benefit availment.
Issue Municipal Accountant’s Advice on local and barangay disbursement and
Acting as the internal auditor of the all barangays.
