Joanne A. Apao, born on March 30, 2000, is a devout Roman Catholic and the middle child among three siblings to Maria Leilanie and Joventing Apao. Hailing from Barangay San Isidro, Joanne’s journey reflects her deep commitment to community service and academic excellence.

In 2018, she began her public service journey as an SK Kagawad, contributing to the betterment of her community. Her dedication led to her victory as the SK Chairperson, and she currently holds the position of SK Federation President, advocating for the youth.

Throughout her academic years, Joanne displayed artistic flair as an editorial cartoonist and excelled in her studies. She actively participated in student governance as an officer of the SSG and demonstrated her humanitarian spirit as an RCY officer.

After completing her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Financial Management at the University of Rizal System, she transitioned into the professional realm. She currently serves as a Branch Assistant at Palawan Express Padala in Jagumpay, San Jose, Rodriguez, Rizal, showcasing her skills in finance and organizational management.
