Mark Anthony Marcelo is a ‘taal’ Montalbeño. As a true son of Montalban, he got his basic education in this town. He was graduated at San Jose Elementary School in 1995 and finished his secondary education at Roosevelt Memorial High School in 2001. Then, he took college level at University of the East.

Manok was a three-term councilor from 2010 until 2019. After a three-year rest, he came back on public service as councilor after elected in the recent May 9, 2022 national and local election. Although he rests as councilor for three years, he still continued serving Montalbeños. He extends his humble hand on those who is in need even in little amount or in kind. It strengthens his relationship with the people of Montalban.

                In line with public service, Manok believes in the ideology “By serving others, you also serve God”.
