The Municipal Tourism and Cultural Affairs Office (MTCAO) is the primary agency of this Local Government Unit charge with the responsibility to encourage, develop, and promote Tourism as a socio-economic activity, which helps to generate income and employment and to spread the benefits of Tourism to both the public and private sector.
