MISSION STATEMENT
– To have a performance informed budget that is responsive to the needs of the Municipality that insures growth and development to the LGU in particular and its constituents in general.
VISION STATEMENT
– A compliant Budget that is balanced that addresses and geared towards the social, economic and general services, upliftment of the people at the same time Pro active to development and progress for the Municipality.
OBJECTIVE
– Assist the local Chief Executive to effectively plan future operations and cash flow and make appropriate decisions for execution of the General Fund and Special Education Fund.
