MISSION STATEMENT

– Broadening our service for the people and envisioned to be the prime mover in providing security of tenure for its homeless and landless constituents through our comprehensive housing programs and to improve the lives, update the community and empower people especially those in the countryside and urban communities.

VISION STATEMENT

– Accomplishing our vision through strengthening the institution, improving the delivery of services, protecting and upholding the rights of the people by providing them low, affordable, decent housing programs and security for its homeless and landless constituent with affordable schemes and comprehensive programs to enhance self-reliant communities.

OBJECTIVES

– The Housing and People’s Development Office (HPDO) seeks to be more productive and efficient in rendering sincere and honest service to our constituents through strategic sectioning we gain the advantage of producing outputs at a minimal or lesser time rate, guaranteeing satisfaction to our client.

To provide technical and staff services to the mayor and other officials concerned in the government housing projects.
To provide low, affordable and decent housing projects for our less-fortunate residents of Montalban.
Integrate, Coordinate and prepare program of activities concerning housing projects.
