– To promote community-building with good governance by producing righteous leadership through values formation and moral recovery program.

– A values oriented and Godly people of Rodriguez Rizal.
DEPARTMENT OBJECTIVES
A. To assist the office of the Mayor in implementing the program of good governance through moral recovery by recruiting, training, commissioning and deploying Chaplain/Values Formation Officer to the 11 Barangay of Rodriguez, Rizal.
B. To promote nation building with good governance by encouraging public officials/employees and the people of Rodriguez to uphold the rule of law and ordinances and regulation in their locality and impress upon the spirit of love of country, honesty and integrity.
C. To organize and unite all persons and leaders engaged in and implementing Moral Recovery an Values Formation Programs at the Municipality of Rodriguez in order to effectively carry out the interest of the program, as an accredited arm of agent of Presidential Commission on Values Formation(PCVF)
SERVICES OFFERED
- Processing of payment to supplier of goods and services.
- Recording of transactions in the journal vouchers.
- Posting of Journal balances to the general ledger.
- Posting of subsidiary accounts to subsidiary ledger.
- Summarize the postings and prepare financial statements.
- Certify as to the completeness of the documents supporting the payments.
- Keeping the 3rd copies of the disbursement vouchers and source documents submitted by the treasurer’s office.
- Issue certification in connection with employees’ loan applications and Philhealth benefit availment.
- Issue Municipal Accountant’s Advice on local and barangay disbursement
- Acting as the internal auditor of the barangays.
