MISSION STATEMENT

– To give drug preventive/awareness education to the people in this municipality about the Ill Effects of Illegal Drugs.

VISION STATEMENT

– A smoke, Alcohol and Drug free community.

OBJECTIVE

– To eradicate the proliferation of illegal drugs and substances in the Municipality.

After-Care Treatment Program

Clients who where released from Treatment and Rehabilitation Center must report to MADAC for 12 session of Counseling.
After series of counseling and life-coaching, MADAU will present a certificate of completion as a required by the RTC.
If possible, our LGU will offer them a livelihood training program or endorse them for a vocational training courses.

Requirements for rehabilitation:

Certificate of Non-Pending Case
Assessment result using ASSIST Tools
Petition Paper from Regional Trial Court (RTC)
Medical Examination Result (a day before the admission to rehabilitation center if possible)
