  • MISSION STATEMENT

– To support the initiative and programs of the Local
Government in the enforcement of National and Local Traffic Laws and Regulations to ensure the public of efficient and orderly means of transportation.

  • VISION STATEMENT

A safe and well developed modern Public Transportation System that will be beneficial to the Transportation Sector and Commuting Public through an effective transport and traffic management without setting aside public service with Integrity, Honesty and Dedication.

  • OBJECTIVE

– The prime objective of establishing the MTMDO is to support the Local Chief Executive in the delivery of services concerning the Transport Sector. Provide assistance to motorist in order to have an orderly management of traffic flow within the municipality thereby giving the public an enjoyable journey.

  • FUNCTIONAL STATEMENT

The Municipal Transportation Management and Development Office (MTMDO) is tasked to conceptualize and formulate policies as well as to establish system of implementation of such policies and existing laws/ordinances/issuance on Transport. In addition it is the function of MTMDO to coordinate to other government agencies /offices and or in behalf of the transport sector.
